Embracing the One True God

The conviction in the One True God is a steadfast cornerstone of Gospel for All Nations’ (GFN) fundamental beliefs. This belief expresses a thorough grasp of God’s nature, qualities, and purpose as revealed by the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

At the heart of GFN’s doctrines is the recognition of one ever-living, everlasting God—infinitely powerful, naturally holy, and possessing absolute, indivisible deity. This heavenly being manifests itself in three forms: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This deep understanding is based on the biblical story, which draws inspiration from passages that reveal God’s diverse character.

Matthew 28:19

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

GFN is consistent with the scriptural requirement, acknowledging the triune Godhead’s involvement in redemption and salvation.

John 14:16-17 (ESV)

“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.”

This verse expresses the notion that the Holy Spirit is always present and actively involved in the lives of believers.

1 Timothy 1:17 (NIV)

“Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.”

This verse encapsulates God’s unseen and incorporeal essence, which GFN affirms.

John 1:14 (NLT)

“So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.”

This line effectively articulates God’s incarnation in the Son, which is mentioned in GFN’s views.

2 Corinthians 3:17 (ESV)

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

This verse emphasizes the Holy Spirit’s liberating power, which is important to GFN’s belief in a triune God.

GFN is a fervent believer in the One True God, invisible and boundless, who actively engages with humanity through the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This concept serves as the spiritual foundation for GFN, motivating a faith journey based on a thorough revelation of God’s divine nature.
